What kind of Pilot do I want to be?
Everyone joins the aviation community with different goals in mind. From people who are interested in a career in aviation, to those looking to fly around with friends and family. Your goals, budget and timeline will impact what form of aviation education works best for you. Here at Spectrum, we can help you achieve all of your pilot training goals!
This application is for all domestic students. Whether you are a hobby pilot interested in flying aircraft for your own personal use or are simply gauging your interest to pursue aviation as a career. Spectrum Airways training and ground school is done at your own pace that suits your lifestyle. Students who intend on completing select licences and ratings at Spectrum Airways, such as Hobby Pilots, should simply apply as a Spectrum Airways Student Pilot.
This is also recommended for transfer students coming to Spectrum for modular training of independent licences or ratings. Student pilots are required to pay separate administrative fees upon enrolment into each individual pilot training program (Commercial Licence and Instructor Rating).

International Student Application
This application is for those who are interested in joining the International Student Program (ISP). International Students will be enrolled in our Advanced Commercial Pilot Licence (ACPL) program.

Already have a valid pilots licence and are interested in renting aircraft at Spectrum Airways. These pilots should apply to become a Spectrum Airways rental pilot.
